Note.Tuesdays are normal Ladies Days and visitors are most welcome on these days.

By way of explanation, The Granny Smith carnival is named after a local lady who grew the first apples in this district near Eastwood in the 19th. Century. Hence the Granny Smith Apple evolved. A Granny Smith Festival takes place each year as a commemoration of this event.
